Alys Beach is a beautiful, tranquil, Mediterranean feel, beach community along Florida's Gulf Coast. It has both the energy of a friendly, safe and close-knit community as well the presence of an exotic, far-off place, elsewhere from where you think you are, and can easily take any person away into a serene escape. Alys Beach is a town of beach lovin' locals, wanting a lifestyle of simplicity, believing in the philosophies of New Urbanism and visitors looking for a luxurious vacation, footsteps away from the white sugary-fine sands and crystal waters of the
Emerald Coast.

There are outdoor gathering spaces placed at the center area of the house, connecting the various rooms into what becomes, the heart of the home.
Doorways and windows look into homes that essentially combine outdoor living with the comfort of indoor spaces.
The purity in the nearly all white buildings seen strikingly through out this place and the unity, in which this common feature establishes, creates such a clean yet unique look and what I believe, to be a very special trademark to Alys Beach. In my experience, there seems to be none like Alys Beach in all of the 30A Gulf Coast of Florida.
It is truly a wonderful place.
